These terms cover two things: this website, and the private software EmScapes Landscaping uses to run its own business.

The website

You're welcome to browse, read and get in touch. Everything here — photographs of our work, descriptions, and the design of the site itself — belongs to EmScapes Landscaping. Please don't reproduce it for commercial purposes without asking.

Prices, timelines and descriptions on this site are indicative. The only binding figures are the ones on a written estimate we've sent you.

Photographs show completed projects. Every property, site and season is different, and results vary accordingly.

Getting a quote

Asking for a quote doesn't commit you to anything, and it doesn't commit us either. Work begins when we've both agreed to a written estimate.

Our internal software

EmScapes operates private software for managing quotes, scheduling, crew and job records. It is not a public product. It is not offered for sale, licence or subscription, and there is no way to sign up for it.

Access is limited to the owner of EmScapes Landscaping, staff she authorises, and contractors maintaining the system on her behalf. Anyone granted access agrees to use it only for EmScapes business, to keep their credentials to themselves, and to treat customer information as confidential.

This software connects to third-party services on EmScapes' behalf — including QuickBooks Online for estimates and invoices, and Google Workspace for mail, files and calendars. Those connections are authorised by the account owner and can be revoked at any time. Data retrieved through them is used solely to run EmScapes' business and is never sold or shared onward.

Availability

We try to keep the site up and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or entirely free of errors. We may change or remove content at any time.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, EmScapes Landscaping isn't liable for losses arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits our responsibility for the landscaping work we actually perform — that's governed by the estimate and contract you sign with us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We'll update this page and the date above if these terms change.
